Existing Patient
• Please log into your patient portal to book an appointment, review and update your information, demographics, and card on file. If anything has changed, please update it prior to your appointment.• Opt-in to email and SMS notifications when booking your appointment. This is how you receive appointment confirmations, reminders, pre- & post care information and required forms. If you opt out, you will not receive appointment information.

How To Book
1. Click ”book appointment” button and select appointment type (all consults are virtual).
2. Choose your date & time, then select available provider.
3. Opt-in to email & SMS, if you opt out, you will not receive appointment confirmations, links, forms, or instructions.
4. Confirm details, and pay the $50 deposit to secure your appointment.
5. Complete all required documentation in your portal (mandatory before virtual visits).
Booking Policies
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

At Fraîche Medspa, we are committed to providing exceptional care and ensuring that every patient receives the time, attention, and preparation needed for safe, high-quality treatment. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required.
This deposit reserves dedicated time on our provider’s schedule, prepares the clinic for your visit, and ensures appointment availability is respected.
Your deposit will be applied toward your scheduled treatment, service, or product. If the deposit was made for a consultation, it may be applied toward your appointment provided the service is completed within 30 days of the consultation.

Out of respect for our team and other patients waiting for appointments, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or not attended (no-show), the $50 deposit will be forfeited or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged per our policy.
This policy helps us minimize lost clinical time, accommodate patients on our waitlist, and maintain an efficient schedule so everyone receives timely high-quality care.

Because we are a medical practice, it is essential that all required patient documentation is completed in full and submitted before your virtual appointment. Completion of these forms is mandatory in order to be seen by our provider — no exceptions.
Please review and answer each section carefully, thoroughly, and honestly, as your responses are used to determine your candidacy, safety, and the most appropriate treatment recommendations. Any missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information may delay your appointment.
